Here are some frequently asked questions regarding digitizing orders.

How do I contact Northwest Embroidery?

You can contact us via email at erik@go2shirt.com or call us at 1-800-851-3671. You can visit our main website at www.nwdigitizing.com . Our fax number is 253-922-5793

What is the turn around time?

Our normal turnaround time is 2 business days depending on our work load and volume. If you have a rush order please let us know and we can get it done for you.

How much do you charge per design?

We base all the pricing off the stitch count. Edits are based on a flat fee. Please see our pricing guide for prices.

What type of artwork do you accept?

We accept clean jpg images that require no changes to the artwork. If you have changes on the artwork we bill that at $25.00 per hour. We don't accept faxes, hand sketches or doodles.

What formats do you digitize for?

Tajima DST, Wilcom .EMB (v7.2, 7.1,7.0, 6.0, 5.5, 5.2), Ethos .ISI, Wings .MLS, Barudan .FMC & U??, Melco DOS .EXP, Toyota .10O, Pfaff .PCS, .PCQ & .PCD, Janome, Elna & Kenmore .JEF, Viking .HUS, Deco, Brother & Babylock .PES, Poem, Hushygram & Singer EU .CSD, Compucon .REF & .XXX and ZSK. If you have any other formats please give us a call.

  Do you guarantee your work?

We guarantee it will sew for you correctly if the design is in the parameters for "Good Embroidery" Lettering smaller than 1/4" is very difficult to sew on some types of fabrics. If you can draw the line with a Sharpie we can usually digitize it. Remember, digitizing is a form of art. Not all designs can be embroidered.

Where to buy blank garments?

If you are new to the embroidery business you probably have a tough time sourcing garment suppliers. A great vendor for all your needs is San Mar out of Seattle Washington. They have 4 or 5 warehouses around the county.  A great place to buy baseball caps is Century 21 out of Seattle Washington. They have been in business for 30 years and going strong. If you are in the Southern California region I would suggest taking a look at Tri Mountain. They offer the Big Sizes!
